Our experienced teams of consultants, engineers and support staff offer a rich source of business expertise and solid technical know-how all under one roof. We have the space, technical expertise and all necessary equipment to offer full scale, interactive demonstrations to show to clients what we can do, both with our solutions, internal infrastructure and our people.

Accreditations

Being part of the industry for so long we’ve learnt to choose our partners carefully in order to offer the very best of services. Key vendor accreditations include Microsoft Gold Partner status which we have held for over 10 years, and Dells’ Gold Partner status ensure clients get the best pricing, qualified advice and support available in the industry.

Assured Quality

Trident is accredited to the ISO: 27001 Information Security Management standard, which proves that we employ quality protocols and legal, physical and technical controls across all our information risk management procedures. It provides our clients with solid reassurance that we will fully safeguard their business data in everything we do.

We are also proud to be ISO: 9001:2015 certified. This international benchmark lays down rigorous requirements for quality management within a business, so our registration confirms that we will deliver only the best quality and most robust products and services at all times.

Our accreditations also include the ISO 14001 Environmental Management standard. Developed as a framework to enable businesses to function in the most eco-friendly and sustainable ways, the system means that we do all we can to reduce waste, improve efficiency and put environmental responsibility and legislative compliance at the centre of our work and culture.

Charities

We work with charities to help make positive changes in our local community of Sussex. Our efforts range from supplying IT services to Brighton’s Rockinghorse Children’s Charity, which raises money for critical children’s medical equipment, to supporting the work and fund-raising campaigns of Martlets, the much-admired hospice care charity in Hove.
